On January 31, Ptarmigan, Mack, and Blue Ridge Ski Clubs ran a slalom race
on Raceway at Blue Mountain Ski Area and followed it up with a tailgate party
in the parking lot then award ceremony in the Club Room. You did not
need to be a real racer to participate in this event. Awards were given
for various talents such as the slowest male, slowest female, and oldest
skier as well as the usual types of awards for the fastest in various categories.
Ptarmigan may not be the fastest bunch on the slopes, but we win prizes
